The inaugural walk for the summer season at Gerard Drive.

It was a cloudy day with strong winds on the east side of the point, almost dropping to a complete standstill as soon as you turn the bend onto the west side of the beach.

The wind was so loud you could barely hear the sound of the sand crunching underneath your shoes.

But, despite all this, the walk was rejuvenating. Time and time again I have walked this beach, and the view is always different.
